Pawar, Doctorate in Polymers & Composites Engineering, from USA, We have grown in leaps and bounds in the industry. He is a reputed Member and Director of Research Associations and Organizations, Engineering Education Institutions, Social Societies and also works as an External Examiner for Universities. He started his career in Composites Engineering in 1989 and worked as a Proprietor and Design Engineer for 18 years for M/s. Arc Industries (India) with his elder brother Er. Deepak Pawar. Quality
Quality is an indispensable part from our work ethics. To maintain the quality of the products, stringent quality tests are conducted at every level of production starting from the procurement of raw materials to the finished products. Springs and parts are tested to Static loading conditions on 60T capacity UTM. We have Fatigue life testing set up for dynamic testing for all automotive parts.

Infrastructure
Built over a large area of 8000 Sq. ft., we are backed by a robust factory located in Ichalkaranji Industrial Estate that is well equipped with latest technology machines. We possess special sales units of sales & Purchase with well equipped Quality Control department, Packing Department and R & D unit that assist us in providing flawless products.
